Description: We are looking for Youth MCs to host our SCM #75 from October 19 – 21 at Sasamat Outdoor Center in Belcarra, BC. As a MC, your role is to help young people create and understand the common purpose and goals of coming together, keep everyone on track, provide opportunities for them to share knowledge, create space for everyone to be heard and included, and remain neutral in discussions (not taking sides).   *You must be registered and approved to attend the Steering Committee Meeting AND attend the MC meetings in order to do this volunteer opportunity*

Time Commitment:  Approximately 8 - 10hrs (1 hour MC meeting, 30 mins prep time, 30 mins meeting with staff + 30 mins debrief and evaluation + actual MC time)

Mandatory MC meeting will happen prior to October 122018 either in person or by toll-free conference call—due to the important nature of this role, if you are not able to attend the meeting or follow through on prep-time, you will not be able to MC.
