- A few times a year there might be a specific event or project that requires you to work an evening or a weekend or travel, but otherwise your schedule is Monday to Friday, 9-5.
- We avoid asking staff to work overtime (unless it’s for a specific event and then it’s well-planned in advance).
- Staff aren’t expected to check email, messages or any work devices outside of work hours.
- We’re a small, fun, casual, open staff team. The vibe is put-together casual.
- We have team-building days and professional development opportunities. You have space to learn and grow your skill set.
- The work is rewarding! You get to help provide programs and services in partnership with amazing young people and support them to reach their goals and dreams.
